Northern Alliance of Paranormal Investigators, is in no way associated with Ghost Hunters of Wisconsin. We are a group of dedicated volunteers who are in search of empirical proof of the paranormal. While we are not scientists, we do use the scientific method and technology to aid us in our investigations.
Our team is comprised of professionals, highly skilled in mainstream technologies such as television and movie production, photography, research, electronics, marketing, and sound and lighting professionals. We utilize these skills to thoroughly investigate all evidence. We also work with "skeptics" who help us look for other explanations. Our goal is indisputable evidence of the paranormal.
We focus our investigations in and around Kenosha County, although occasionally we may partner up with paranormal investigators to assist with a large investigation or visit famous haunts in other areas.
Cost of an investigation
There is no charge to request an investigation, all we ask is that you allow a time that is convenient for our unpaid volunteers... and maybe put on a pot of coffee for us.
What to expect during an investigation
Prior to a live investigation, you will meet with one of our research specialists who will gather information and background on the site in question. Investigations occur at night and generally involve between 3 and 5 investigators. We will set up cameras and sound recording equipment as well as conduct walk-throughs with various equipment including digital recorders, video cameras, EMF detectors and still cameras. Investigations may take anywhere between 3-8 hours, and may require additional visits to collect, analyze and debunk evidence. If the site in question is a business, investigations need to occur when the business is closed. Home investigations work best when the majority of family members and pets stay elsewhere, if at all possible. This is especially true for children whom might find the experience troubling.
After the investigation, our team will analyze the evidence and present you with our findings, as well as copies of all our evidence as soon as possible.
Rest assured, discretion and protecting your privacy is our primary concern. We will never divulge specifics of an investigation without prior approval.
